Latest Funding Announcments

Two Ridings Community Foundation (August 2026)

We are incredibly grateful to have received support from the Two Ridings Community Foundation during a particularly challenging period for our organisation. As explained in our application, “our Neurodiverse children rely heavily on our groups as it is the only safe space and outlet they have away from home.” The grant of £2000 alongside other grants obtained, will help us continue to run our weekly youth groups for the next few months.

Hull City Council – Healthy Holidays Fund

We were delighted to receive £969.50 from the Healthy Holidays programme, which enabled us to run three Forest School sessions for our young people. This funding gave our children and families the chance to enjoy outdoor learning, nature‑based activities, and confidence‑building experiences during the school holidays. These sessions provided a calm, sensory‑friendly environment where our neurodiverse young people could explore, play, and connect with others — all while benefiting from the wellbeing boost that comes from being outdoors.

Charles and Elsie Sykes Trust (July 2026)

We are deeply grateful to the Charles & Elsie Sykes Trust for awarding us £5,000 to help keep our youth groups running during a challenging period. This generous support has enabled us to cover essential costs such as rent and room hire, ensuring our neurodiverse children and young people continue to have a safe, stable space each week. Their funding has provided vital breathing room while we work to secure long‑term sustainability, and it has made a meaningful difference to the 100+ families who rely on our services.

Hull and East Riding Charitable Trust (June 2026)

We are grateful to the Hull and East Riding Charitable Trust for awarding us £1,500 towards our core costs. This support has helped us maintain stability during a challenging period, allowing us to continue delivering our youth groups and family services without interruption. Their contribution has eased pressure on essential running costs and ensured that our neurodiverse children and young people still have access to the safe, supportive spaces they rely on each week.

Leonard Chamberlain Trust (May 2026)

We are extremely grateful to the Leonard Chamberlain Trust for awarding us £3,000 towards our core costs. This generous support has helped us maintain stability during a period of significant change, ensuring we can continue delivering our youth groups and family services without disruption. Their funding has provided vital breathing space, allowing us to cover essential running costs while we work to secure long‑term sustainability. This contribution has made a meaningful difference to the neurodiverse children, young people, and families who rely on our support each week.

Sir James Reckitt Charity (April 2026)

We are incredibly grateful to the James Reckitt Charity for awarding us £4,000 towards our office space and essential organisational costs. This support has been vital in helping us maintain a stable base for our work, ensuring we can continue delivering the wide range of services our families rely on — from one‑to‑one support and parent sessions to advocacy, training, and community outreach. Having secure office space allows us to coordinate our programmes effectively, welcome families for appointments, and keep our organisation running smoothly during a challenging period. Their generosity has made a meaningful difference to our ability to stay operational and continue supporting neurodiverse children, young people, and adults across Hull and the East Riding.

Liz and Terry Bramall Foundation (March 2026)

We are very grateful to the Liz and Terry Bramall Foundation for awarding us £2,500 towards the rent for our office space. This support has helped us maintain a stable base for our organisation, allowing us to continue delivering our wider services — including one‑to‑one support, parent appointments, advocacy, and community outreach. Having secure office space is essential for coordinating our programmes and providing families with a reliable point of contact, and this funding has made a meaningful difference during a challenging period for T.I.C Yorkshire.

Community and Corporate Donations

RAOB (ongoing)

We are honoured that the RAOB in Hull have chosen T.I.C Yorkshire as their charity, committing to support us through ongoing fundraising across their lodges and events. Their continued efforts will help us maintain our services, strengthen our community work, and ensure our neurodiverse children, young people, and families have the support they rely on. We are incredibly grateful for their dedication and generosity, and proud to be one of the local causes they champion.

John Good Group (August 2026)

We are grateful to receive ongoing support from The John Good Group, who run a fantastic initiative allowing every employee to donate £500 each quarter to a charity or non‑profit of their choice, provided the organisation’s income is below £1.5 million. So far, we have been honoured to receive four £500 donations, each chosen personally by staff members who wanted to support our work. The company also generously matches any funds raised by colleagues through sponsored events, a commitment that even extends to their immediate family members. Their continued support strengthens our services and highlights the impact that thoughtful, community‑minded businesses can have on organisations like ours.

Southcoates Car sale (June 202

We were delighted to receive £546.97 from Southcoates Car Sales, donated as a percentage of their monthly interest. Their generosity not only supported T.I.C Yorkshire, but also extended to other local organisations — with equal shares gifted to Hull Parent Carer Forum, HEY Endo, Ascend, and Doreen’s. It’s wonderful to see a local business championing several community charities at once, and we are incredibly grateful for their support in helping us continue our work with neurodiverse children, young people, and families.
